摘要
针对国内某热轧2250带钢生产线的花纹板浪形存在质量异议问题,根据花纹板的浪形形貌,分析了精轧出口板形、层流冷却出口浪形以及成品实物浪形之间的关系,综合带钢浪形和温度均匀性的相关机理,确定了层流冷却出口带钢宽度方向上温度不均问题是成品产生浪形的主要原因,并找到了影响花纹板开平浪形的影响因素。研究表明,通过优化卷取温度工艺制度、调整精轧穿带和轧制速度、更改层流冷却模式等手段,可提高层流冷却区域带钢温度的均匀性。
Aiming at the quality objection of checkered plate of a hot roll 2250 strip production line in China,according to the wave shape of checkered plate,the relationship between the corrugated shape of finish rolling exit,laminar cooling exit and finished product was analyzed,and the related mechanism of corrugated shape and temperature uniformity of strip was integrated.It is confirmed that the uneven temperature in the width direction of the laminar cooling exit strip is the main reason for the wave shape of the finished product,and the influencing factors of the flat wave shape of the patterned plate are found.The results show that the strip temperature uniformity in the laminar cooling zone can be improved by optimizing the coiling temperature process,adjusting the threading and rolling speed,changing the laminar cooling mode and so on.
