浓度对镀锡板表面无铬钝化效果的影响

摘要 钝化浓度对镀锡板表面钝化膜的形成和各项质量评价指标有重要影响,通过对不同钝化浓度下的镀锡板进行微观形貌、抗性、耐蚀性的表征,结果表明:其他因素不变时,随着钝化浓度的升高,镀锡板性能变化规律为先增加后下降。钝化液浓度在10%时钝化效果最好。 Passivation concentration has an important influence on the formation of passivation film on the surface of tinplate and various quality evaluation indexes.Through the characterization of micro morphology,resistance and corrosion resistance of tinplate under different passivation concentration,the results show that when other factors remain unchanged,with the increase of passivation concentration,the change law of tinplate performance first increases and then decreases.The passivation effect is the best when the concentration of passivation solution is 10%.
