Discussion on Production Technology of Large Proportion Pellet in TISCO 1 800 m^(3)Blast Furnace

针对太钢1800 m^(3)大比例球团矿生产过程中存在料面稳定性差、料层不均匀、压差高等一系列问题,通过介绍大比例使用球团矿冶炼情况,合理匹配造渣制度与热制度、装料制度与送风制度,稳定大比例球团生产期间的煤气流与热负荷,保证了炉况的稳定顺行,实现了大比例球团矿的高效生产。

There are a series of problems in the production process of TISCO 1800 m^(3)large-scale pellet,such as poor material level stability,uneven material layer and high pressure difference.By introducing the smelting situation of large-scale pellet,reasonably matching slag making system and heat system,charging system and air supply system,the gas flow and heat load during large-scale pellet production are stabilized to ensure the stable and smooth operation of furnace conditions.The high-efficiency production of large proportion pellets is realized.
