摘要
对长钢600 t/d的冶金活性石灰回转窑结圈现象发生的原因进行了分析。主要是从石灰石原料的成分、磨损率、破损率方面,窑衬砖摩擦系数,煅烧温度等方面进行了阐述。有针对性的制定了长钢回转窑结圈的预防控制措施,实现了该回转窑全年无结圈,保障了回转窑的稳定生产。
The causes of ring formation in 600 t/D metallurgical active lime rotary kiln of Changgang are analyzed.This paper mainly expounds the composition,wear rate and damage rate of limestone raw materials,friction coefficient of kiln lining brick,calcination temperature and so on.The preventive and control measures for ring formation of Changgang rotary kiln are formulated,which realizes that the rotary kiln has no ring formation all year round and ensures the stable production of the rotary kiln.
