摘要
宣钢二钢轧厂有150 t转炉两座,供氧系统氧枪尺寸为Φ299 mm,两座转炉的日产可达到12000 t。但与其他相同设备装备的作业区相比,宣钢作业区现有的氧枪供氧能力偏低,氧枪吹炼时间长,严重制约了产能的进一步提升。通过对氧枪相关设备与参数的优化改造,充分释放两座150 t转炉的产能,缩短氧枪吹炼时间,提高供氧能力,加快生产节奏,切实做好提产增效的各项工作。
There are two 150-ton converters in No.2 Steel Rolling Plant of Xuanhua Steel Company of HBIS Group.The size of oxygen lance in oxygen supply system isΦ299 mm,and the daily output of the two converters can reach 12,000 tons.However,compared with other operation areas with the same equipment,the existing oxygen lance in operation area has low oxygen supply capacity and long oxygen lance blowing time,which seriously restricts the further improvement of production capacity.After discussion and research in the operation area,through the optimization and transformation of oxygen lance related equipment and parameters,the production capacity of the two 150-ton converters is fully released,the oxygen lance blowing time is shortened,the oxygen supply capacity is improved,the production rhythm is accelerated,and all the work of improving production and efficiency is earnestly done.
