摘要
某钢厂六机六流小方坯(150 mm×150 mm)连铸机进行提拉速改造,由原来的2.8 m/min提升至4.3 m/min,原有结晶器振动系统无法满足要求,改为液压伺服装置振动,实现数控在线动态调整振频和振幅,满足拉速和振动自动连锁功能。
Six-machine and six-strand(150 mm×150 mm)continuous billet caster in a steel plant was reformed to raise the drawing speed from the original 2.8 m/min to 4.3 m/min.The original mold vibration system could not meet the requirements and was changed to hydraulic servo device vibration to realize NC on-line dynamic adjustment of vibration frequency and amplitude and meet the automatic interlocking function of drawing speed and vibration.
