摘要 针对烧结工序能耗高的现状,降低工序能耗也是低碳环保、清洁生产的必经之路。汉钢烧结厂自2018年开始,从设备改造、工艺优化协同推进建设绿色工厂,经过长期探索与研究,成效显著,工序固体燃料消耗、电力消耗、煤气消耗均大幅度下降。 In view of the current situation of high energy consumption in sintering process,reducing process energy consumption is also the only way for low-carbon,environmental protection and cleaner production.Since 2018,Hansteel sintering plant has promoted the construction of a green plant through equipment transformation and process optimization.After long-term exploration and research,remarkable results have been achieved,and the process solid fuel consumption,power consumption and gas consumption have decreased significantly.
