摘要
对1450 mm硅钢酸连轧机组轧后表面残留大,反射率低问题进行了研究,通过优化酸洗工艺、降低轧辊粗糙度、改造乳化液系统及完善轧机吹扫等措施,使轧后带钢表面反射率从57%提升至67.9%,残油为171 mg/m^(2),残铁为47 mg/m^(2),极大缓解了后续碱液清洗压力,提升了产品质量。
The problems of large surface residue and low reflectivity after rolling of 1450 mm silicon steel acid continuous rolling mill are studied.By optimizing pickling process,reducing roll roughness,reforming emulsion system and improving mill purging,the surface reflectivity of rolled strip is increased from 57%to 67.9%,residual oil is 171 mg/m^(2)and residual iron is 47 mg/m^(2),which greatly alleviates the pressure of subsequent alkaline cleaning,and improves product quality.
