摘要
在连铸机改造过程中,拉矫机采用的液压快换装置频繁发生故障,导致拉矫机无法正常工作。针对此情况,通过对液压快换装置进行介绍,并经现场查看及分析其内部结构,找出了故障原因所在,针对性地提出了增加阴接头阀芯顶杆长度、改变阴接头结构的解决方案,减少了类似故障的发生率。
In the process of continuous caster transformation,the hydraulic quick-change device used in the tension leveller causes failures so often that the tension leveller can not work normally.In view of this situation,through the introduction of the hydraulic quick-change device,the on-site inspection and analysis of its internal structure,the cause of the fault is found out,and the solutions of increasing the length of the ejector rod of the female joint valve core and changing the female joint structure are put forward,so as to reduce the incidence of similar faults.
