长钢9号1080 m^(3)薄壁炉衬高炉稳定顺行操作实践

摘要 薄壁炉衬高炉对原地大修高炉是一种减少投资、缩短大修时间最有效的方法。长钢9号1080 m^(3)高炉2019年2月大修时采用薄壁炉衬,投产后注重炉型管理,通过合理选择高炉的基本操作制度,使高炉冶炼进程稳定受控,炉况保持长期稳定顺行,经济技术指标良好。 Thin wall lining blast furnace is the most effective method to reduce investment and shorten overhaul time for in-situ overhaul of blast furnace.During the overhaul of No.9 1080 m^(3);blast furnace of Changgang in February 2019,the thin-walled lining was adopted.After putting into operation,attention was paid to the furnace type management.By reasonably selecting the basic operation system of the blast furnace,the smelting process of the blast furnace was stable and controlled,the furnace condition remained stable and smooth for a long time,and the economic and technical indexes were good.
