摘要
为满足提升机安全、可靠的运行要求,实现节能、环保的电气传动,以新一代的SINAMICS S120多传动变频调速系统为例,阐述了交流变频调速控制技术的基本原理,介绍了SINAMICS S120系列变频调速产品的典型特点、干熄焦提升机的结构形式及工艺特点,总结了S120多传动变频调速装置在干熄焦提升机上的的实际应用经验,分析了S120变频调速装置的技术要点,并详细说明了S120产品的常见故障及其处理方法。
In order to meet the safe and reliable operation requirements of the hoist and realize energy-saving and environmental protection electrical transmission,taking the new generation SINAMICS S120 multi-drive variable frequency speed regulation system as an example,this paper expounds the basic principle of AC variable frequency speed regulation control technology,and introduces the typical characteristics of SINAMICS S120 series variable frequency speed regulation products,the structural form and process characteristics of CDQ hoist.The practical application experience of S120 multi-drive variable frequency speed regulation device in CDQ elevator is summarized,the technical points of S120 variable frequency speed regulation device are analyzed,and the common faults and treatment methods of S120 products are described in detail.
