摘要 通过全面总结铸造工艺过程中挥发性有机化合物(Volatile organic compound,VOCs)产生的主要工序,重点分析造型、制芯、表面喷涂工序过程中VOCs的产生机理、污染物因子、污染物源强,并结合铸造企业的调研结果,提出了喷漆工序应采用的VOCs工艺技术路线,为铸造企业的VOCs治理提供技术支撑,并且为环境管理提供一定的参考。 By comprehensively summarizing the main processes of volatile organic compounds(VOCs)in the casting process,this paper focuses on the generation mechanism,pollutant factors and pollutant source intensity of VOCs in the processes of molding,core making and surface spraying,and combined with the research results of casting enterprises,the VOCs process technology route that should be adopted in the painting process are put forward,which provides technical support for VOCs treatment of foundry enterprises and provides a certain reference for environmental management.
