摘要
介绍了QRD-2000型焦炉捣固站控制系统升级改造主要范围、实现功能和应用效果。通过对原设计控制系统改进,实现了布煤,捣固过程的自动控制,提高设备工作效率,降低了故障率,为以后同类改造项目提供了借鉴依据。
This paper introduces the main scope,function and application effect of QRD-2000 coke oven tamping station control system upgrading.Through the improvement of the original design control system,the automatic control of the coal distribution and tamping process is realized,the working efficiency of the equipment is improved,and the failure rate is reduced,which provides a reference for similar reconstruction projects in the future.
