我国不锈钢管标准体系及应用分析

Standard System and Application Analysis of Stainless Steel Pipe in China

介绍了不锈钢管的分类,统计了我国截止到2018年底不锈钢管产量和现有的标准情况,分析了不锈钢管标准制定的原则、整体结构和主要特点,指出不锈钢管产品标准在生产应用中的积极作用、制造厂家与下游用户需要注意的问题以及标准本身仍存在的不足。针对性地建议从标准的基本条款、新材料性能的数据积累、国外标准条款的对标采纳、老版国家标准的修订、标准外文版本的翻译和推广、促进不锈钢管贸易等方面进行改进。

This paper introduces the classification of stainless steel pipes,makes statistics on the production and existing standards of stainless steel pipes by the end of 2018 in China,analyzes the principles,overall structure and main characteristics of the standard formulation of stainless steel pipes,points out the positive role of stainless steel pipe product standards in production and application,problems that need attention of manufacturers and downstream users,and the shortcomings of the standard itself.It is suggested to improve the basic terms of the standard,the data accumulation of new material properties,the adoption of foreign standards,the revision of old national standards,the translation and promotion of foreign versions of the standard,and the promotion of stainless steel pipe trade.
