提高纳米晶极薄带浇注过程钢液洁净度的工艺研究

摘要 通过深入分析纳米晶极薄带制备过程中,高温钢液在流钢槽和中间包内的流动行为和夹杂物的运动行为,提出了两种高温钢液浇注过程中清渣、滤渣的改进措施,自主设计了滤渣式流钢槽和滤网式中间包,有效改善了纳米晶极薄带浇注过程喷嘴堵塞率高、带材表面划痕、厚度不均匀等技术难题,实现了极薄带的高效化生产。 Based on the in-depth analysis of the flow behavior and inclusion movement behavior of high-temperature molten steel in the flow steel trough and tundish during the preparation of nanocrystalline ultra-thin strip,the improvement measures of slag cleaning and filtering in the pouring process of two kinds of high-temperature molten steel are put forward,and the self-designed slag flow steel trough and filter tundish effectively improve the nozzle blocking rate and strip material in the pouring process of nanocrystalline ultra-thin strip.The technical problems such as scratch on the surface,uneven thickness and so on have realized the efficient production of the extremely thin strip.
