摘要 为解决包晶钢连铸板坯角横裂缺陷,提高板坯角部质量,避免轧后卷板产生边部重皮问题,通过开发倒角结晶器工艺,本质化改善连铸坯在铸机内凝固过程温度场和应力场作用,彻底解决了板坯角横裂问题。 In order to solve the problem of angle transverse crack of continuous casting slab of peritectic steel,improve the quality of slab corner and avoid the problem of edge double skin after rolling,the problem of angle transverse crack of slab has been solved thoroughly by developing the process of chamfering mould and improving the effect of temperature field and stress field in the solidification process of continuous casting slab in the caster.
