破碎顶板回采巷道支护研究与实践

摘要 针对1205工作面破碎顶板回采巷道实际,从地质构造、煤层赋存和支护体系等方面分析了破碎顶板冒漏发生的机理,并根据1205工作面回采巷道原支护方案的弊端,提出对破碎顶板预先注浆加固后实施锚网索钢筋托梁支护,进行了现场实践。结果显示,通过优化后的1205工作面回采巷道支护的实施,该工作面回采巷道得到了有效控制。 According to the fact of the broken roof in the 1205 working face,the mechanism of the broken roof leakage is analyzed from the aspects of geological structure,coal seam occurrence and support system.According to the disadvantages of the original support scheme of the 1205 working face,it is put forward that the broken roof should be pre grouted and reinforced,and then the bolt mesh cable reinforced joist support is carried out.The results show that through the implementation of the optimized support of the 1205 working face,the working face has been effectively controlled.
