摘要
以辛安泉供水改扩建输水管道工程为例,结合工程“主体为线、分布有点、线点交错”的特点,从水土保持角度,确立了“点、线、面”相结合的防治措施体系,从而有效控制可能造成的水土流失,提升水利工程生态效益。
Taking xin’an spring water supply reconstruction and expansion water transmission pipeline project as an example,combined with the characteristics of the project"the main body is the line,distribution point,the lines and points are staggered",from the perspective of soil and water conservation,a prevention and control measure system combining"Points,lines and areas"is established,so as to effectively control soil erosion and enhance the ecological benefits of the hydraulic engineering.
