摘要
为加强太原市生物多样性保护,本文通过研究太原市生物多样性保护现行举措,分析存在问题,提出了加强太原市生物多样性保护的科学建议:在继续做好就地保护和迁地保护工作的同时,加强科普宣传;推进资源普查,构建重点物种保护体系;实施动态监测,实现预测预警;加大资金保障和技术服务投入、加大执法和监督检查力度,为保护生物多样性保驾护航。
In order to scientifically implement and strengthen biodiversity conservation in Taiyuan,the current measures for biodiversity conservation in Taiyuan have been studied and the existing problems have been analyzed,the scientific proposal for strengthening biodiversity conservation in Taiyuan was put forward:While continuing the work of in situ conservation and ex situ conservation,strengthening the popularization of science,promoting the census of resources,establishing a system for the protection of key species,implementing dynamic monitoring to realize prediction and early warning,increasing the input of funds and technical services,and strengthening law enforcement,supervision and inspection,for the protection of biodiversity and other escort.
