生态清洁小流域以新时期社会主义生态文明观为指导,统筹规划农村生产、生活条件和生态环境建设,以改善人居环境、促进区域经济社会发展和保护水源、水质为目标,实施小流域水土流失综合治理。本文以上党关小流域为例,依据生态清洁小流域建设要求,按照生态自然修复区、生态治理区和沟道及周边整治区优化配置水土保持措施,并分析其综合效益,可为同类小流域生态环境建设提供指导。
