经管类虚拟仿真实验教学满意度实证研究

摘要 现代化信息技术的不断发展,带来了教育领域的颠覆性变革,虚拟仿真实验教学作为打破理论与实践壁垒的有效途径日益得到重视。通过构建虚拟仿真实验教学满意度的研究模型,并基于S高校两个学期共4679名学生的调研数据进行实证分析,结果表明:“团队学习”“课堂授课”“教学指导”和“实验设计”显著正向影响“知识获取”,进而显著影响经管类虚拟仿真实验教学满意度;“团队学习”“课堂授课”“知识获取”直接显著正向影响“能力培养”,也间接影响经管类虚拟仿真实验教学满意度;学生对经管类虚拟仿真实验教学的满意度整体较高,跨年级跨学科经管类虚拟仿真实验教学效果更好。在此基础上,从促进学生跨年级跨学科团队学习、优化虚拟仿真实验设计、提高教师数字化教学能力等方面提出了经管类虚拟仿真实验教学满意度的提升建议。 The continuous development of modern information technology has brought about subversive changes in the field of education.As an effective way to break the barriers between theory and practice,virtual simulation experiment teaching has been paid more and more attention to.Empirical analyses are conducted by constructing a research model of virtual simulation experiment teaching satisfaction,and based on the survey data of 4,679 students in S University for two semesters.The results show that:“team learning”,“classroom instruction”,“teaching guidance”and“experiment design”significantly and positively affect“knowledge acquisition”,which,in turn,significantly affects the teaching satisfaction of virtual simulation experiments of economics and management;“team learning”,“classroom instruction”and“knowledge acquisition”directly and significantly affect“ability training”,and also indirectly affect the teaching satisfaction;students’satisfaction with virtual simulation experiment teaching of economics and management is generally higher,and cross-grade and interdisciplinary virtual simulation experiment teaching effect is better.On this basis,to improve the satisfaction of virtual simulation experiment teaching,proposals are made in the aspects of promoting students’cross-grade and interdisciplinary team learning,optimizing the design of virtual simulation experiments and raising teachers’digital teaching ability.
