With the rapid development of artificial intelligence,legal problems such as the"tram puzzle"are emerging.Artificial intelligence has brought great development opportunities to human society,but also brought challenges such as security,algorithms,ethics,social issues and so on.Different legal factions have different answers to the question of whether the objective and rational algorithm represents more justice and equality,whether the views of the mainstream legal factions represent cultural bullying and whether the dominant groups’forces have squeezed the rights of minority groups.In the legal game and ideological collision between different legal schools,there is crossed thinking about the authority of algorithmic bias and the pluralism of legal choice.Only by understanding the"real present"of legal artificial intelligence can we anticipate and embrace its"possible future".
