思政课程中加强法治教育的重要意义及其路径优化

An Analysis of Ideological and Political Education from the Perspective of Legal Education

校园违法犯罪是阻碍青年学子成长成才的一道坎,通过完善法治教育来引导青年学子向上向善,是化解校园暴力等违法犯罪的有力措施。从高校学生法治教育工作的现实问题出发,试论法治教育融入思想政治教育的新思想、新思路,为妥善化解校园矛盾拓宽路径。从高校学生自身实际出发,大胆地提出思想政治教育方法的改革和创新,用法、用理、用情去教育学子,助力青年学子学有所成,为莘莘学子形成法治思维奠定基础。

Campus crimes are a hindrance to the growth of young students,through the improvement of the rule of law education to guide young students to be good,is an effective way to resolve campus violence and other illegal crimes.Starting from the practical problems of students’ideological and political education in colleges and universities,this paper tries to discuss the new thoughts and new ideas of integrating the rule of law education into the ideological and political education,so as to broaden the way to properly resolve the contradictions on campus.Based on the actual situation of college students,this paper daringly puts forward the reform and innovation of ideological and political education methods,educates students with usage,principles and feelings,helps young students have success in their studies,and lays a foundation for the students to form a legal thinking.
