高校马克思主义学院党建与思政教育融通机制研究

新时代马克思主义学院迎来了深化发展的机遇期,同时也面临着诸多新问题、新挑战,以党建为抓手,全面提升马克思主义学院党支部建设的工作质量,促进马克思主义学院党建和思政工作的科学化、规范化、创新化,成为当下马克思主义学院的重点工作。新形势下马克思主义学院科学发展面临的挑战、做好党建与思政工作融通机制需要把握好的四种关系以及马克思主义学院党建与思政工作深度融通的路径选择三个方面进行阐释,以期效地促进二者的结合,激发思政工作的活力,提高育人实效。

In the new era,the school of Marxism has ushered in a period of opportunities for in-depth development.At the same time,it is also facing many new problems and challenges.With party building as the starting point,we will comprehensively improve the quality of the party branch construction of the school of Marxism and promote the party building of the school of Marxism.The scientific,standardized,and innovative work of harmony and ideological and political work has become the current focus of the Marxist school.The article explains the challenges faced by the scientific development of the Marxist school under the new situation,the four relationships that need to be grasped to do a good job in the integration mechanism of party building and ideological and political work,and the path selection of the deep integration of party building and ideological and political work in the Marxist school.Effectively promote the combination of the two,stimulate the vitality of ideological and political work,and improve the effectiveness of education.
