大蒜是山东省的名优特色农产品,实现大蒜生产机械化对促进大蒜产业持续健康发展具有重要意义。机械化收获是大蒜产业的薄弱环节。从介绍大蒜的基本物理特性入手,分析大蒜收获关键理论与技术,讨论国内外大蒜收获机械的研究进展和机具的优缺点,指出了发展大蒜机械收获的效益和意义,系统阐述了收获机械存在的问题与对策。

Garlic is a famous and characteristic agricultural product in Shandong Province.It is of great significance to realize mechanization to promote the sustainable and healthy development of garlic industry.Mechanized harvesting is a weak link in garlic industry.Starting from introducing the basic physical characteristics of garlic,this paper analyzed the key theory and technology of garlic harvesting,discussed the research progress and advantages and disadvantages of garlic harvesting machinery at home and abroad,and pointed out the benefits and significance of developing garlic mechanical harvesting,and expounded the problems and countermeasures of garlic harvesting machinery systematically.
