摘要
对黄淮海地区玉米收获现状进行了阐述,分析了玉米直收推广困难的原因以及分段式收获存在的一些问题,提出一种适宜黄淮海地区合作社模式的玉米穗粒联动干燥分段式收获新方式,即玉米穗收获后用籽粒干燥机的余热对其预干燥,进一步脱粒、清选、粒干、入仓的方式实现玉米的即时收获、即时干燥、即时入仓,为玉米机械化收获提供新的参考。
This paper described the current situation of corn harvest in Huang-Huai-Hai area,analyzed the reasons for the difficulties in promotion of grain harvest and the problems in segmented harvest.A suitable new way of corn ear and grain drying linkage and segmented harvest for Cooperative mode in Huang-Huai-Hai area was put forward.The new way was to dry the ear with the waste heat of the grain dryer after the ear harvest,then threshing,cleaning,grain drying,warehousing,to achieve instant corn harvest,instant drying,instant warehousing.This new way provided a new reference for mechanized harvest on corn.
