摘要 设计研发了烘干机的智能控制系统和作业监管系统,智能控制系统实现了作业过程的智能化控制,自动控制和调整烘干时间、水分、温度等作业参数,通过数据采集系统对数据进行统一的存储和处理,终端平台向烘干机操作者进行即时反馈,作业监管系统可以通过GPS定位信息,监控烘干机的作业状况,识别吨位,实现作业量核算,还可通过局域网实现区域内的烘干机的监管,为烘干机作业补贴提供量化依据,提高烘干机作业信息化管理水平。 The intelligent control system and operating supervision system of the dryer have been designed and developed.The intelligent control system has realized intelligent control of the operation process,automatically controlling and adjusting drying time,water,temperature and other operating parameters.Through the data collection system,the data is stored and processed in a unified way,and the terminal platform provides instant feedback to the dryer operator.The operation supervision system can use GPS positioning information to monitor the performance of the dryer,identify the tonnage,realize operation amount accounting,and also realize the monitoring of the dryer in the region through the local area network,provide quantitative basis for the dryer operation subsidies,and improve the information management level of the dryer operation.
