摘要
文章深入剖析了山水秀建筑事务所在上海蟠龙新镇的新作余德耀美术馆新馆的设计过程,并以此探讨了社会学和传播学相关理论对建筑设计实践的影响,尤其是在空间作为媒介的观念下,公共文化空间共有性对城市和建筑空间的重要价值。同时,文章也阐述了如何运用廊院空间、互承结构等建筑本体语言,将一座美术馆的建筑设计拓展到整体公共文化空间的营造,实现不同场景之间的交互与共有。
Upon visiting the Yuz Museum New Venue in the Panlong New Town in Qingpu,a suburb of Shanghai,the co-authors of this article explain how Scenic Architecture Office has evolved its design ideas from concept to implementation.How can the design of a single art museum help create an overall public cultural environment?How can it cultivate a historyand reality-rooted new space to inspire the public rather than a venue only for artworks and events?How can the building establish a new symbiotic relationship between these cognition s/imaginations and art communication through architecture?Starting from their intuitive feelings,the architects decide on the concept,tending to provoke visitors'thinking from a perspective of public cultural space and space media.The result is a four-quadrant space,which carves the square plot into four with two intersecting paths.Playing down its own architectural presence on the site,it gives equal standing to all factors involved:the rive rfront landscape,historical traditions,artistic activities,and the public square.A corridorcourtyard design using a reciprocal folded plate structure is adopted,creating the internal and external spaces of the museum and introducing interaction and commonality between them.
