Research on the Cross-cultural Dissemination of Contemporary Chinese Architecture in Foreign Architectural Journals

中国当代建筑的跨文化传播与互动已有40余年的历史,建筑期刊是这段时期主要的跨文化传播与互动的阵地之一。文章以海外五本建筑期刊的“中国报道”统计数据为实证基础,将研究对象分为三个历史阶段,剖析其文本特征、叙事逻辑、理论话语,总结当代中国本土建筑跨文化传播的特征、趋势与价值。以文化维度理论为参照,解析中国当代建筑跨文化传播历史脉络中包含的媒体立场与文化维度,及其在跨文化传播中的关键作用,为未来中国当代建筑的跨文化传播与互动提供启示。

The cross-cultural communication and interaction of contemporary Chinese architecture has a history of over 40 years,with architectural journals being one of the main platforms.This article is based on the empirical data of"China reports"in five overseas architectural journals.Dividing the cross-cultural communication of contemporary Chinese architecture into three historical stages,it analyzes the textual features,narrative logic,and theoretical discourse,while summarizing its characteristics,trends,and values.Referencing the cultural dimension theory,it further analyzes the historical context of cross-cultural communication of contemporary Chinese architecture,including the media bias and cultural dimensions contained therein,and points out its key role in cross-cultural communication,providing insights for the future cross-cultural communication and interaction of contemporary Chinese architecture.
