微油点火技术具有点火快、燃烧效率高、操作稳定等优点,但存在燃油消耗量大、燃烧产物中含硫量高等问题。相比之下,等离子点火技术具有点火能力强、燃烧稳定性好、辅助燃烧效果明显等优点,但存在设备投资大、操作难度高等问题。针对不同的需求和实际情况,选择适合的点火技术对于提高燃煤电厂锅炉的性能和运行效率至关重要。
Micro oil ignition technology has advantages such as fast ignition,high combustion efficiency,and stable operation,but it has problems such as high fuel consumption and high sulfur content in combustion products;In contrast,plasma ignition technology has advantages such as strong ignition ability,good combustion stability,and obvious auxiliary combustion effects,but it has problems such as high equipment investment and high operational difficulty.Choosing the appropriate ignition technology for different needs and actual situations is crucial for improving the performance and operational efficiency of coal-fired power plant boilers.
