太阳能电池铝浆是一种重要的功能性材料,它的好坏将影响到太阳能电池的性能。本文主要研究了铝浆中玻璃粉含量的多少对开路电压、串阻、翘曲以及耐水煮等方面性能的影响。

Solar cell aluminum paste is an important functional material,its quality will affect the performance of solar cell.In this paper,the influence of glass powder content on open-circuit voltage,series resistance,warpage and water resistance of aluminum slurry was studied.
