正交试验法优选黔产黄精的蒸制干燥工艺 被引量:2

摘要 目的:优选黔产黄精蒸制及干燥一体化技术工艺,为黔产黄精产地一体化加工及质量控制提供参考。方法:在单因素试验基础上,采用正交试验考察以蒸制时间、干燥温度、蒸制次数作为影响因素,优化黔产黄精蒸制及干燥一体化技术工艺,采用UV法测定黄精多糖含量、醇浸物及水浸物含量。结果:黄精最佳蒸制及干燥一体化技术工艺为蒸制时间20 min、干燥温度70℃,蒸制次数5次,在此条件下,多糖、醇浸物、水浸物含量分别为:11.36%,68.75%,72.86%。结论:建立了产地加工的周期短、效率高、成本低的生产工艺,使黄精产地炮制过程蒸制及干燥一体化技术生产工艺参数更为科学可靠,以期为生产企业在黄精产地加工中选择经济有效的加技术提供理论指导。 Objective:To optimize the integrated technology of steaming and drying of Rhizoma Polygonatum produced in Guizhou,and provide references for the integrated processing and quality control of Rhizoma Polygonatum produced in Guizhou.Methods:On the basis of single factor experiment,orthogonal experiment was used to investigate the steaming time,drying temperature,and steaming times as the influencing factors to optimize the integrated technology of steaming and drying of Rhizoma Polygonatum produced in Guizhou.UV method was used to determine the content and alcohol of Rhizoma Polygonatum.Content of leaching and water leaching.Results:The best integrated technology of steaming and drying of Polygonatum is:steaming time 20 min,drying temperature 70℃,steaming times 5 times.Under these conditions,the content of polysaccharide,alcohol extract and water extract are 11.36%,68.75%,72.86%.Conclusion:The establishment of a production process with short cycle,high efficiency and low cost for processing in the production area has made the production process parameters of the integration of steaming and drying technology in the production area of Polygonatum more scientific and reliable,in the hope that the production enterprises can choose economical and effective processing in the production area of Polygonatum.The plus technology provides theoretical guidance.
