摘要
以乙酰乙酰苯胺、磺酰氯和2-巯基乙醇为原料,碳酸氢铵为缚酸剂,对甲苯磺酸为催化剂,经氯代、缩合、环合三步反应得到萎锈灵,含量97.5%,收率70.2%。此方法具有工艺条件温和、易操作、三废少等优点,且生产成本较低,适合大规模工业化清洁生产。
Carboxin was synthesized from acetoacetanilide,sulfurylchloride and 2-mercaptoethanol in a yield of 70.2%and a content of 97.5%by chlorination,condensation and cyclization in the presence of p-toluenesulfonic acid as catalyst.This method has the advantages of mild process conditions,easy operation,less waste,and low production cost,and is suitable for large-scale industrial clean production.
