摘要
绝热空间的气体压力对低温精馏塔的漏热有很大影响。为确定绝热空间合适的气体压力,本文对绝热空间中四种不同气体压力下的残余气体分子传热量进行计算,通过传热量的对比,分析其对低温精馏塔漏热值的影响。最终给出了低温精馏塔的绝热空间推荐工作压力。
The gas pressure in the adiabatic space has a great influence on the heat leakage of cryogenic distillation column.In order to determine the appropriate gas pressure in the adiabatic space,the heat transfer of residual gas molecules under four different gas pressures in the adiabatic space is calculated in this paper.Through the comparison of heat transfer,the influence of heat transfer on the heat leakage value of cryogenic distillation column is analyzed.Finally,the recommended working pressure of adiabatic space of cryogenic distillation column is given.
