工艺气压缩机透平结垢在线清洗技术

On-line Cleaning Technology for Process Gas Compressor Turbine Fouling

中天合创某装置工艺气压缩机在运行过程中,由于蒸汽品质原因造成透平结垢,盐垢堵塞了蒸汽流道使透平做功能力大幅下降,装置不能正常运行。为避免停车处理造成的损失,采用了降低蒸汽温度利用"湿蒸汽"溶解结垢,达到在线清洗汽轮机的目的。通过透平在线清洗处理,汽轮机叶轮上的盐垢脱落,做功能力恢复至正常,保证了机组的长周期稳定运行。

During the operation of the process gas compressor of a certain plant of Zhongtian Hechuang,the turbine fouled due to the steam quality,and the salt fouling blocked the steam flow path,which greatly reduced the performance of the turbine,and the device could not operate normally.In order to avoid the loss caused by the shutdown process,the steam temperature is reduced and the"wet steam"is used to dissolve the fouling to achieve the purpose of cleaning the steam turbine online.Through the on-line cleaning of the turbine,the salt scale on the steam turbine impeller is removed,and the functional power is restored to normal,which ensures the long-term stable operation of the unit.
