纪律是政党组织的构成要素,对政党组织及其治理至关重要。推进党的纪律研究学理化,须从党的纪律概念学理分析入手,通过与相关概念的比较,对相关组合词汇的分析,进一步认识和把握党的纪律的内涵与外延,在讨论党的纪律的价值意义、功能作用和基本原则以及党的纪律规范法规化、法典化和法治化等命题的基础上,着眼于党的纪律学作为关于管党治党现象和规律的一门重要学问的认识,对建构党的纪律学范畴体系和学术体系做出初步探讨。以法学思维推进党的纪律学建设和发展,使其成为党内法规学、纪律监察学等新兴交叉学科的重要方向或分支,既具有重要理论价值,又具有重大实践意义。

Discipline is an integral element of political party organizations and is crucial to party organizations and their governance.To promote the theoretical study of Party discipline,it is necessary to start from the theoretical analysis of the Party's discipline concept,and further understand the connotation and extension of the Party's discipline through comparison with related concepts and analysis of related combinations of vocabulary.Based on the discussion of the value,significance,functions and basic principles of the Party's discipline,as well as the propositions of legalization,codification and rule of law of the Party's discipline norms,it also requires to focus on the Party's discipline as an important theory on phenomena and laws about managing and governing the Party,and make a preliminary discussion on the construction of the party's disciplinary category system and academic system.Constructing and developing the Party's discipline science with legal thinking,and establishing it as an important direction or branch within emerging interdisciplinary fields such as intra-party legal studies and discipline supervision,holds both significant theoretical value and great practical significance.
