双进双出钢球磨煤机制粉系统爆燃原因分析与防范 被引量:1

摘要 针对某330 MW机组双进双出钢球磨煤机制粉系统爆燃事故,根据事故现象分析了爆燃原因,提出了控制煤粉细度、防止磨煤机积粉、做好入炉煤掺配工作、加强锅炉启停时的吹扫和通风等措施,以避免正压直吹式制粉系统磨制高挥发分煤种过程中爆燃。 In allusion to the deflagration accident of the pulverizing system of a 330 MW double-inlet and double-outlet ball mill,the causes of the deflagration are analyzed based on the accident phenomena.Some measures such as controlling the fineness of the pulverized coal,preventing the pulverized coal accumulation in the mill,ensuring the admixture ratio of blending coal,and strengthening the blowing and ventilation during starting or shutting boiler,etc.are put forward so as to avoid the deflagration of the positive pressure direct blowing pulverizing system in the process of milling high volatile coal.
