金沙江下游~三峡梯级水库群联合优化调度决策支持系统研究

摘要 为充分发挥金沙江下游~三峡梯级水库群的巨大综合效益,需建立决策支持系统来提高梯级水库群调度管理水平和决策效能。本文分析了金沙江下游~三峡梯级水库群联合调度决策系统必要性和可行性,对决策支持系统的结构、需重点解决的问题及所采用技术手段展开了研究,提出了决策支持系统软件的设计思路,可为金沙江下游~三峡梯级水库群联合优化调度管理决策提供技术支持和参考。
