介绍杨向东教授基于“内外并治”理论辨治便秘经验。在便秘的治疗中,杨教授主张“内外并治”,外治方面使用承气通便锭。内治方面,具体辨证可分为肠燥津亏证,治以增水行舟,滋阴润肠,方选玄参汤;气滞血瘀证,治以行气化瘀,降逆通便,方选开胃散;肾虚津亏证,治以温肾益精,润肠通便,方选济川通腑汤;阳虚寒凝证,治以温肾暖肝,理气通便,方选肠胃康;气血两虚证,治以益气养血,润肠通便,方选十全大补汤。

This article introduces Professor YANG Xiangdong's clinical experience in treating constipation based on the theory of‘principle of combined internal and external treatment’.In his treatment,Professor Yang advocated‘principle of combined internal and external treatment’,external treatment can choose Chengqi Tongbian Suppositories.Internally,specific differentiation and treatment include intestinal dryness and body deficient fluid syndrome,which is treated by Law of Ziyin Runchang and Water Boating,and treated by Xuanshen Decoction,qi stagnation and blood stasis syndrome,which is treated by removing blood stasis and regulating qi-flowing for defecation,and treated by kaiwei Powder,fluid deficiency syndrome of Kidney,which is treated by the principle of Wenshen Yijing and Runchang Tongbian,and treated by Jichuan Tongfu Decoction,Yang Deficiency Cold Coagulation Syndrome,which is treated the principle of Warming the kidney and liver and Liqi Tongbian,and treated by Changweikang Decoction,and Deficient Qi and Blood Syndrome,which is treated by the principle of Promoting Qi,Nourishing Blood and Moving bowel,and treated by Shiquan Dabu Decoction.
