消炎宣肺汤联合重组人干扰素治疗小儿病毒性肺炎的疗效及对肺功能和机体免疫的影响

The Effect of Xiaoyan Xuanfei Decoction Combined with Recombinant Human Interferon on Children's Viral Pneumonia and Its Influence on Lung Function and Body Immunity

目的:探究消炎宣肺汤联合重组人干扰素治疗小儿病毒性肺炎的疗效及对肺功能和机体免疫的影响。方法:选取2020年9月~2021年9月于我院收治的92例小儿病毒性肺炎患儿为研究对象,使用随机数字表法,分为观察组(n=46)和对照组(n=46),对照组予以重组人干扰素治疗,观察组在对照组基础上联合消炎宣肺汤治疗。比较两组患儿治疗前后中医证侯积分、肺功能[最大呼气流量(PEF)、每公斤潮气量(VT/kg)、呼吸频率(RR)]、机体免疫(CD3^(+)、CD4^(+)、CD8^(+)、CD4^(+)/CD8^(+))差异,分析两组患儿治疗期间不良反应差异。结果:治疗7d后,两组患儿发热、头痛、流汗、咳嗽、气喘、鼻塞流涕、咽红肿得分均较治疗前降低,且观察组低于同期对照组(P<0.05);治疗7d后,两组患儿PEF、VT/kg均较治疗前上升,且观察组高于同期对照组,RR均较治疗前下降,且观察组低于同期对照组(P<0.05);治疗7d后,两组患儿CD4^(+)、CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)均较治疗前下降,且观察组低于同期对照组,CD3^(+)、CD8^(+)均较治疗前上升,且观察组高于同期对照组(P<0.05);治疗期间,两组患儿不良反应差异均不显著(P>0.05)。结论:消炎宣肺汤联合重组人干扰素治疗小儿病毒性肺炎可有效缓解患儿症状,改善患儿肺功能及机体免疫功能,且安全性较好。

Objective:The objective of this study is to investigate the therapeutic efficacy of Xiaoyan Xuanfei Decoction combined with recombinant human interferon in children with viral pneumonia,as well as to examine its effects on lung function and body immunity.Methods:This randomized controlled trial included 92 children with viral pneumonia admitted to our hospital from September 2020 to September 2021.They were randomly divided into two groups:the control group(n=46)received treatment with recombinant human interferon,while the observation group(n=46)received Xiaoyan Xuanfei Decoction in addition to recombinant human interferon.We compared differences in traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)syndrome scores,pulmonary function[maximum expiratory flow(PEF),tidal volume per kilogram(VT/kg),respiratory rate(RR)],and body immunity(CD3+,CD4+,CD8+,CD4+/CD8+)between the two groups before and after treatment,as well as analyzed differences in adverse reactions between the two groups during treatment.Results:After 7 days of treatment,the scores for fever,headache,sweating,cough,asthma,nasal congestion,runny nose,and throat swelling in both groups were significantly lower than before treatment,with the observation group exhibiting lower scores than the control group(P<0.05).The PEF and VT/kg increased in both groups after treatment,and the RR in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Moreover,CD4+and CD4+/CD8+decreased in both groups after treatment,with the observation group exhibiting lower levels than the control group.Meanwhile,CD3+and CD8+increased in both groups,with the observation group showing higher levels than the control group(P<0.05).During the treatment,there was no significant difference in adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:This study demonstrates that Xiaoyan Xuanfei Decoction combined with recombinant human interferon can effectively alleviate symptoms in children with viral pneumonia,improve their pulmonary function and immune function,and is safe.
