针刺结合厚朴排气汤对腹腔镜术后胃肠功能恢复及血清胃肠激素水平的影响研究

Effect of Acupuncture Combined with Houpu Paiqi Decoction on the recovery of gastrointestinal function and serum gastrointestinal hormone levels after laparoscopic surgery

目的:探究针刺结合厚朴排气汤对腹腔镜术后胃肠功能恢复及血清胃肠激素水平的影响。方法:选取2019年7月-2020年11月间115例在本医院进行腹腔镜手术的患者,随机分为两组,研究组57例患者在常规干预的基础上增加针刺结合厚朴排气汤干预,对照组58例患者采取常规干预。对两组患者的胃肠功能恢复、血清胃肠激素水平、炎症水平及术后不良反应进行比较分析。结果:研究组患者的肠鸣音恢复时间、首次排气、首次进食、首次进食流质食物、首次排便时间及住院时间、术后不良反应发生率均显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。干预前,两组患者的胃泌素(GAS)、C反应蛋白(CRP)、降钙素原(PCT)、肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)水平比较差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);干预后,两组患者的GAS表达水平上升,CRP、PCT、TNF-α水平下降,且研究组胃肠激素水平显著高于对照组,炎症因子水平显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:针刺结合厚朴排气汤能有效促进行腹腔镜手术患者的术后胃肠功能恢复,改善炎症反应,减轻术后不良反应,加速患者术后康复。

Objective:To explore the effect of acupuncture combined with Houpu Paiqi Decoction on the recovery of gastrointestinal function and serum gastrointestinal hormone levels after laparoscopic surgery.Methods:115 patients who underwent laparoscopic surgery in our hospital from July 2019 to November 2020 were selected and randomly divided into two groups.Fifty-seven patients in the study group were treated with acupuncture combined with Houpu Paiqi Decoction on the basis of routine intervention,and 58 patients in the control group were treated with routine intervention.The recovery of gastrointestinal function,serum gastrointestinal hormone levels,inflammation levels and postoperative adverse reactions of patients in the two groups were compared and analyzed.Results:The recovery time of bowel sounds,the time of first exhaust,the time of first eating,the time of first eating liquid food,the time of first defecation,the length of hospitalization and the incidence of postoperative adverse reactions in the study group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Before the intervention,there was no significant difference in gastrin(GAS)levels,inflammatory factor C-reactive protein(CRP),procalcitonin(PCT)and tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α)levels between the two groups(P>0.05);after the intervention,the expression levels of GAS increased(P<0.05),while the expression levels of CRP,PCT,and TNF-αdecreased in the two groups(P<0.05),the levels of gastrointestinal hormones in the study group were significantly higher than those of the control group,and the levels of inflammatory factors were significantly lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Acupuncture combined with Houpu Paiqi Decoction can effectively promote the recovery of gastrointestinal function in patients undergoing laparoscopic surgery,improve inflammation,reduce the incidence of postoperative adverse reactions,and accelerate the postoperative recovery of patients undergoing laparoscopic surgery.
