当归补血汤治疗老年髋部骨折术后非感染性发热的临床疗效及对机体免疫功能的影响

The clinical effect of Danggui Buxue Decoction in the treatment of non-infectious fever after hip fracture surgery in the elderly and the effect on the immune function of the body

目的:探讨当归补血汤治疗老年髋部骨折术后非感染性发热的临床疗效及对机体免疫功能的影响。方法:选取2017年7月至2019年12月阜新市中医医院收治的老年髋部骨折患者110例,其中并发术后非感染性发热患者80例,将这些患者根据随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,各为40例。对照组给予常规方案治疗,观察组在对照组的基础上加用当归补血汤治疗,均治疗7d。对比两组患者临床疗效、免疫功能、体温变化及血常规情况,观察治疗期间不良反应发生情况。结果:观察组的临床治疗总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗4d后~治疗7d后,观察组的体温低于对照组(P<0.05);治疗7d后,观察组患者免疫球蛋白(Ig)A、IgM、IgG高于对照组(P<0.05);治疗7d后,观察组血红蛋白(Hb)、红细胞比容(Hct)高于对照组(P<0.05);两组不良反应发生率组间对比无统计学差异(P>0.05)。结论:当归补血汤治疗老年髋部骨折术后非感染性发热患者,可有效退热,改善血常规,提高机体免疫力,值得临床应用。

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of Danggui Buxue Decoction in the treatment of postoperative non-infective fever in elderly hip fracture and the effect on immune function.Methods 110 elderly hip fracture patients were selected from July 2017 to December 2019.80 patients with postoperative non-infectious fever were selected.These patients were divided into control group and observation group according to the random number table method,with 40 cases in each groups.The control group was treated with routine therapy,and the observation group was treated with Danggui Buxue Decoction on the basis of the control group,all of which were treated for 7 days.The clinical efficacy,immune function,body temperature changes and blood routine of the two groups were compared,and the adverse reactions were observed during the treatment.Results The total clinical effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).After 4 days~7 days of treatment,the body temperature of the observation group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).after 7d of treatment,the immunoglobulin A,IgM and IgG of the patients in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).after 7d of treatment,hemoglobin(Hb),hematocrit(Hct)in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Danggui Buxue Decoction is a safe and effective treatment for the elderly patients with non-infectious fever after hip fracture operation,which can effectively reduce fever,improve blood routine and improve immunity of the body,and is worthy of clinical application.
