益气化湿降浊汤治疗难治性肾病综合征患者对24h尿蛋白定量、TG、TC、Alb的影响

Effect of Yiqi Huashi Jiangzhuo Decoction on urinary protein quantification,TG,TC and Alb at 24 h in patients with refractory nephrotic syndrome

目的:探讨难治性肾病综合征患者益气化湿降浊汤治疗对24h尿蛋白定量、TG、TC、Alb的影响。方法:选取2021年1月~2022年5月我院收治的难治性肾病综合征患者92例,随机数字法分为两组,对照组应用他克莫司治疗,研究组应用益气化湿降浊汤治疗。观察分析两组患者治疗效果、24h UPQ、TG、TC、肾功能指标以及不良反应情况。结果:研究组疗效高于对照组(P<0.05);研究组四项指标均优于对照组(P<0.05);研究组肾功能优于对照组(P<0.05);研究组不良反应低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:应用益气化湿降浊汤治疗难治性肾病综合征患者效果显著,不仅能改善肾功能,还能减少蛋白尿,不良反应少,安全性高,值得临床推广。

Objective:This study aimed to investigate the effects of Yiqi Huashi Jiangzhuo Decoction on 24-hour urine protein quantification,triglycerides(TG),total cholesterol(TC),and albumin(Alb)in patients with refractory nephrotic syndrome.Methods:Ninety-two patients with refractory nephrotic syndrome admitted to the hospital between January 2021 and May 2022 were randomly divided into two groups.The control group was treated with tacrolimus,while the study group was treated with Yiqi Huashi Jiangzhuo Decoction.The treatment effect,24-hour urine protein quantification,TG,TC,renal function indexes,and adverse reactions of both groups were observed and analyzed.Results:The study group showed a significantly higher efficacy than the control group(P<0.05).Additionally,all four indexes of the study group were better than those of the control group(P<0.05).The renal function of the study group was also better than that of the control group(P<0.05),and the adverse reactions of the study group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of Yiqi Huashi Jiangzhuo Decoction is an effective treatment for patients with refractory nephrotic syndrome.This treatment not only improves renal function and reduces proteinuria but also has low adverse effects and high safety.Therefore,it is a valuable approach that should be promoted in clinical practice.
