麻杏石甘汤联合诱导排痰技术治疗支原体感染致风热型肺炎喘嗽的研究

摘要 目的:分析麻杏石甘汤联合诱导排痰技术治疗支原体感染致风热型肺炎喘嗽的效果。方法:选取医院2019年~2020年收治的60例支原体感染致风热型肺炎喘嗽患儿进行研究,入组后均给予常规西医治疗和诱导排痰技术治疗,按随机数字表法分组,观察组联合麻杏石甘汤治疗,比较两组患者临床疗效、中医证候积分、主症消失时间及血清IL-6、IL-10水平变化。结果:观察组临床疗效总体优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后两组患者中医证候积分明显降低,与治疗前比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后观察组咽红肿、发热、咳嗽气喘、舌红苔黄和痰黄而多积分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。发热及气喘消失时间两组间比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。观察组咳嗽、肺部湿啰音及痰壅消失时间均较对照组短,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后观察组IL-6、IL-10均较对照组低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:麻杏石甘汤联合诱导排痰技术对支原体感染致风热型肺炎喘嗽临床症状改善效果显著,有助于提升临床疗效。 Objective:The objective of this study was to investigate the effect of combining Maxing Shigan Decoction with induced sputum evacuation technique in the treatment of mycoplasma infections causing wind-heat pneumonia and wheezing.Methods:This study included 60 children with mycoplasma infection causing wind-heat pneumonia and asthma who were admitted to the hospital between 2019 and 2020.After enrollment,all participants received conventional Western medical treatment and the induced sputum excretion technique.The participants were then randomly assigned to either the observation or control group using a random number table.The observation group was treated with a combination of Maxing Shigan Decoction and conventional Western medical treatment,while the control group received only conventional Western medical treatment.Results:The clinical efficacy of the observation group was significantly better than that of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)symptom scores of both groups decreased significantly when compared with that before treatment(P<0.05).In the observation group,the points of pharyngeal redness,fever,cough and asthma,yellow tongue with red coating and yellow sputum were all lower than those in the control group after treatment,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference between the two groups in the time to disappear of fever and shortness of breath(P>0.05).The time to disappear of cough,wet lung rales and sputum congestion in the observation group was shorter than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of IL-6 and IL-10 were significantly lower in the observation group than in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The combination of Maxing Shigan Decoction with induced sputum evacuation technique is effective in improving the clinical symptoms of mycoplasma infection causing wind-heat type pneumonia and wheezing,which helps to enhance the clinical efficacy.
