行气清降方治疗肝胃郁热型反流性食管炎临床疗效及对血清GAS、MTL的影响

Effect of Xingqi Qingjiang Recipe on Symptoms and Gastroscopic Efficacy of Patients with Reflux Esophagitis

目的:探讨行气清降方治疗肝胃郁热型反流性食管炎患者临床疗效及对血清GAS、MTL的影响。方法:选取我院2019年1月~2021年1月收治的肝胃郁热型反流性食管炎患者60例,随机分为对照组和观察组,各30例,对照组给予奥美拉唑肠溶片口服治疗,观察组在对照组基础上加用行气清降方治疗。比较两组患者临床疗效、中医证候积分、胃镜疗效、血清胃泌素(GAS)和胃动素(MTL)水平、不良反应。结果:对照组总有效率70.00%低于观察组93.33%(P<0.05);治疗后观察组中医证候积分显著低于对照组(P<0.05);对照组胃镜总有效率为76.67%,低于观察组的93.33%,但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后观察组GAS、MTL水平高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组不良反应发生率为10.00%,略高于对照组6.67%,但比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:采用行气清降方治疗肝胃郁热型反流性食管炎疗效较好,可明显改善临床症状,提高血清GAS、MTL水平,且安全性较高。

Objective:To investigate the clinical efficacy and effects of serum gastrin(GAS)and gastrin(MTL)of Xingqi Qingjiang Recipe in the treatment of patients with hepatic and gastric stagnant-heat type reflux esophagitis.Methods:From January 2019 to January 2021,sixty patients with reflux esophagitis of hepatogastric stagnant-heat type were admitted to our hospital and randomly divided into two groups of 30 patients each:a control group and an observation group.The control group was treated with oral omeprazole enteric tablets,whereas the observation group was treated with Xingqi Qingjiang Recipe in addition to the control group.The study compared the clinical efficacy,Traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM)symptom score,gastroscopic efficacy,serum GAS and MTL levels,and adverse reactions between the two groups.Results:The total effective rate of the observation group was 93.33%,which was significantly higher than that of the control group,which was 70.00%(P<0.05).The TCM symptom score of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group after treatment(P<0.05).The total effective rate of gastroscopy of the observation group was 93.33%,which was higher than that of the control group(76.67%),but the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).The GAS and MTL levels of the observation group were higher than those of the control group.The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was 10.00%,slightly higher than that in the control group(6.67%),but the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion:Xingqi Qingjiang Recipe has better efficacy in treating reflux esophagitis of the liver and stomach with stagnant heat type,significantly improving clinical symptoms and increasing serum GAS and MTL levels,with higher safety.
