Clinical study on the treatment of chronic heart failure based on heart-kidney correlation theory

“心肾相关”理论是中医“五脏相关学说”的一个重要组成部分,具有五脏相关理论的共同内涵。慢性心力衰竭(CHF)的病因病机与心肾相关理论密切相关,基于心肾相关理论,以温阳利水、补益精血、滋肾宁心、疏经通脉为基本治疗原则,不但为CHF治疗提供新方法,同时提高了临床疗效,极大地拓宽并丰富了CHF的防治思路。

The theory of“heart-kidney correlation”is a crucial component of the“five viscera correlation theory”in TCM,and shares a common connotation with this theory.The pathogenesis of chronic heart failure(CHF)is intricately linked to the theory of heart-kidney correlation.The application of the theory of heart-kidney correlation provides new avenues for treating CHF through principles such as warming yang,diuresis,nourishing essence and blood,nourishing the kidney and heart,and draining the channels.This approach not only enhances the clinical efficacy of CHF treatment but also greatly expands and enriches the concept of CHF prevention and treatment.
