介绍张仁主任医师泻火祛瘀法针刺治疗三叉神经痛经验。张仁认为本病病机多因肝火上犯、脉络瘀滞,临证治疗时多从泻火和祛瘀两方面入手。治疗时精准选穴,相互配伍;重视手法,轻重有别。中取主穴深刺重刺,近取局部痛点阿是穴浮浅丛刺,辅以眶上孔、眶下孔及颏孔三孔穴精准刺激。尤其重视导气手法在催气得气过程中的使用,对三叉神经痛的远近期疗效均较显著,为临床治疗三叉神经痛提供参考。

Experience of Chief Physician Zhang Ren in treating trigeminal neuralgia with acupuncture by purging fire and removing blood stasis was summarized.Zhang Ren believes that the pathogenesis of this disease is mostly due to the ascending of liver fire and blood stasis in the vein,and treats it by purging fire and removing blood stasis.Chief Physician Zhang pays attention to accurate acupoint selection,mutual compatibility of the acupoints,and the acupuncture manipulation.Deep needling and heavy needling are adopted at the main points.The superficial needling and cluster needling are adopted at Ashi points.Supraorbital foramen,infraorbital foramen and mental foramen are exactly stimulated.Chief Physician Zhang pays special attention to Qi guiding manipulation,which has significant long-term and short-term effects on trigeminal neuralgia,so as to provide reference for clinical treatment of trigeminal neuralgia.
