三三汤联合氨溴索口服液治疗支气管炎临床疗效及安全性分析

Analysis on Clinical Efficacy and Safety of Using Sansan Decoction Combined with Ambroxol Oral Liquid in the Treatment of Patients with Bronchitis

目的:探讨三三汤联合氨溴索口服液治疗支气管炎的疗效与安全性。方法:选取2018年3月~2020年3月武汉市中心医院收治的支气管炎患者102例,随机数字表法分成对照组与观察组,各51例。对照组给予氨溴索口服液治疗,观察组采用三三汤联合氨溴索口服液治疗,两组均治疗2周。比较两组疗效,分别在治疗前后比较两组中医证候积分,并采血检测患者的肺表面活性蛋白A(SP-A)、肺表面活性蛋白D(SP-D)以及白介素-6(IL-6)、白介素-8(IL-8)、白介素-17(IL-17)、基质金属蛋白酶-9(MMP-9)水平,用于评估肺表面活性蛋白与炎症反应的变化,记录两组不良反应发生率。结果:观察组总有效率(94.12%)显著高于对照组(80.39%)(P<0.05)。两组治疗后痰液增加、痰黄、咳喘、鼻塞、流清涕、口不干渴、恶寒肢冷积分均低于治疗前,且观察组痰液增加、痰黄、咳喘、鼻塞、流清涕评分及总分低于对照组(P<0.05)。两组治疗后血清SP-A、SP-D、IL-6、IL-8、IL-17、MMP-9水平低于治疗前,且观察组低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组不良反应率(7.84%)与对照组(3.92%)比较无差异(P>0.05)。结论:三三汤联合氨溴索口服液能更有效的缓解支气管炎患者的中医症状,改善肺表面活性蛋白水平,减轻炎症反应,安全性高,总体疗效可靠。

Objective:To explore the efficacy and safety of using Sansan Decoction combined with Ambroxol Oral Liquid in the treatment of bronchitis.Methods:A total of 102 bronchitis patients admitted to our hospital from March 2018 to March 2020 were selected and divided into a controlled group and an observation group of 51 patients according to the random number table method.The controlled group was treated with Ambroxol Oral Liquid,and the Chinese and western combined group was treated with Sansan Decoction combined with Ambroxol Oral Liquid.Both groups were observed for 2 weeks.The curative effect of the two groups was compared.The TCM syndrome scores of the two groups were compared before and after treatment,and the levels of surfactant protein A(SP-A),surfactant protein D(SP-D),interleukin-6(IL-6),interleukin-8(IL-8),interleukin-17(IL-17),and matrix metalloproteinase-9(MMP-9)were detected before and after treatment.Recorded the incidence of adverse reactions in the two groups.Results:The total effective rate of the observation group(94.12%)was significantly higher than that of the controlled group(80.39%)(P<0.05).After treatment,the two groups had increased sputum,yellow sputum,cough and asthma,nasal congestion,runny nose,non-dry mouth,and aversion to cold.The scores of cold limbs were all lower than before treatment,and the sputum increased,yellow sputum,cough and asthma in observation group.The scores and total scores of nasal congestion and runny nose were lower than those of the controlled group(P<0.05).Serum levels of SP-A,SP-D,IL-6,IL-8,IL-17,and MMP-9 after treatment in the two groups were lower than before treatment,and the observation group was lower than the controlled group(P<0.05).There was no difference in the adverse reaction rate between observation group(7.84%)and the controlled group(3.92%)(P>0.05).Conclusion:Sansan Decoction combined with Ambroxol Oral Liquid can more effectively relieve the symptoms of traditional Chinese medicine in patients with bronchitis,improve the level of pulmonary surfactant protein,reduce inflammation,and have high safety and reliable overall efficacy.
