《黄帝内经》理论对过敏性皮肤病诊治的启示

Discussion on Allergic Skin Diseases Based on the Theory the Inner Canon of Huangdi

过敏性皮肤病发病率日趋上升,该类疾病影响所有年龄和种族的人群,然而中医古书籍并无“过敏性皮肤病”一说,但根据其相应的症状描述、相关病因病机、治疗预后等方面的记载仍有迹可循,过敏性皮肤病包含了中医“瘾疹”“浸淫”“衄血”等相应病名。本文基于《黄帝内经》相关理论的梳理,对过敏性皮肤病来源的具体依据、病因病机进行了阐述,并结合现代中医临床经验,总结且探讨过敏性皮肤病的治疗思路及其重要现实临床指导意义。

The incidence of allergic skin diseases is on the rise,such diseases affect people of all ages and races.However,there is no such thing as“allergic skin diseases”in ancient books of traditional Chinese medicine,but there are still traces to follow according to its corresponding symptoms,related etiology and pathogenesis,treatment and prognosis,etc.Allergic skin diseases include the corresponding disease names such as“Yin Zhen”,“Qin Yin”and“Nv Xue”in traditional Chinese medicine.Based on theories of the Inner Canon of Huangdi,this paper expounds on the specific basis,etiology and pathogenesis of allergic skin diseases.Combined with the clinical experience of modern Chinese medicine,treatment ideas and its important practicalclinical guiding significance of allergic skin diseases are summarized and discussed.
