中药封包联合穴位贴敷辅助治疗糜烂性胃炎临床研究

Clinical Study on Chronic Erosive Gastritis Adjunctively Treated with Traditional Chinese Medicine Packets Combined with Acupoint Application

目的:探讨中药封包联合穴位贴敷辅助治疗糜烂性胃炎的临床疗效。方法:纳入2019年1月~2020年12月我科住院部收治的经胃镜及病理组织学检查明确诊断为糜烂性胃炎的患者110例,随机分为两组,每组各55例。两组均给予饮食及生活方式的个体化指导,对于合并幽门螺杆菌(HP)感染者予四联疗法根除治疗。对照组在上述基础上予院内制剂金英消食口服液口服,质子泵抑制剂(雷贝拉唑肠溶片/奥美拉唑肠溶片)口服抑制胃酸分泌、铝碳酸镁咀嚼片口服保护胃黏膜及营养支持等对症治疗;观察组在对照组基础上予中药封包治疗联合穴位贴敷,7天为一疗程。疗程结束后随访一周,比较患者治疗前后中医证候积分、临床疗效及不良反应发生情况,以综合评价治疗效果。结果:治疗后,两组中医证候积分均明显下降,治疗组下降更为显著(P<0.05);治疗组住院时间少于对照组,症状消退时间短于对照组(P<0.05);治疗组总有效率(83.64%)显著高于对照组(70.91%)(P<0.05)。结论:中药封包联合穴位贴敷能更有效且快速地缓解糜烂性胃炎患者的临床症状,缩短住院天数,且适应证广,胃肠道刺激小、安全性强、副作用少,值得临床推广。

Objective:To explore the clinical efficiency of traditional Chinese medicine packets combined with acupoint application for the treatment of Chronic Erosive Gastritis.Methods:110 patients from January 2019 to December 2021 diagnosed with EG by gastroscopic and histopathological examinations who were admitted to the inpatient department of our hospital were included.Randomly divided into two groups,55 cases in each group.Both groups were given individualized guidance on diet and lifestyle,and quadruple therapy was given to eradicate Helicobacter pylori(HP)infection.On the basis of the above,the controlled group was given an in-hospital preparation of Jinying Xiaoshi Oral Liquid orally to eliminate food accumulation,and a proton pump inhibitor(Rabeprazole Enteric-coated Tablet/Omeprazole Enteric-coated Tablet)was orally administered to inhibit gastric acid secretion and protect gastric mucosa.On the basis of the controlled group,the observation group was given traditional Chinese medicine packets therapy combined with acupoint application,7 days as a course of treatment.The patients were followed up for one week after the course of treatment,and the TCM syndrome scores,clinical efficacy and adverse reactions were compared before and after treatment to comprehensively evaluate the treatment effect.Results:After treatment,the TCM syndrome scores in both groups were significantly decreased,and the decrease was more significant in the treatment group(P<0.05).The effective rate(83.64%)was significantly higher than that of the controlled group(70.91%)(P<0.05).Conclusion:Traditional Chinese medicine packets combined with acupoint application can more effectively and quickly relieve the clinical symptoms of chronic erosive gastritis patients,shorten the length of hospital stay,and has a wide range of indications,less gastrointestinal irritation,strong safety,and fewer side effects,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
